Christopher has had the opportunity to work on a number of significant transactions in various areas. His practice covers infrastructure projects, finance, the capital markets, both debt and equity as well as mergers & acquisitions.
He has advised and continues to advise clients on financing exercises and transactions, both in conventional and Islamic financing. This part of his practice also includes corporate debt restructuring.
Christopher is also active in advising clients in infrastructure projects and utility privatization. In this area he has negotiated and advised on power purchase agreements, concession agreements, EPC contracts, O&M contracts and financing documentation for projects.
Christopher received his LLB (Hons) from University of Malaya and his LLM (Merit) for Corporate and Commercial Law from University of London.
