Feruni Ceramiche

With more than 20 years of experience in the tiling industry, Dato' CC Ngei founded Feruni Ceramiche in 2010 with the goal of introducing new innovations in products and services to go beyond conventional tiling business practices.

CC grew up learning about the tile industry from his father spending most of his childhood helping him run a small tile distribution company, which he eventually joined as a young adult as branch manager. At the age of 29, CC and his brother started a tile trading business together, leveraging their know-how in the trade. CC was quick to see that there was a lack of customization or personalization, in “finding what was right for the consumer” in an industry that was inherently creative by design. With that, Feruni Ceramiche was created.

CC proves to be a visionary who fights against all odds to market only a single brand of tiles by emphasizing on building a unique identity and creating the Feruni style. Feruni embraces new elements and learns from other industry players to transform their success with a clear vision on market segmentation and positioning.

A firm believer of giving back to the community, CC believes in “delivering happiness” to every Feruni member via a streamlined corporate culture. He initiated the Feruni Tiling Academy in collaboration with CIDB Holdings Sdn Bhd which offers scholarships and training programs to support the underprivileged community.

He has garnered numerous awards including the SME Man of the Year Award at the BrandLaureate SMEs BestBrands Awards 2014 and 5 awards from the Star Business Awards 2014 -Business of the Year, Best Brand Award, Best Marketing Award, Best CSR Award and Best Employer Award.

In July 2016, CC was selected as an Endeavor Entrepreneur in the 65th Endeavor International Selection Panel in Bali.
