He started his career in 1997 as an associate in the Corporate Finance and Restructuring Department at Arthur Anderson & Co, where he was responsible for the operational rehabilitation of companies to recover non-performing loans, managing debtor and creditor relationships and management of portfolio companies in human resource matters.
In 2000, he joined AIMS Group as a Manager in the Business Development division and was subsequently promoted to Vice President, Business Development in 2003. He served as a director of AIMS Group between 2008 and 2012. He also held the position of Chief Executive Officer of AIMS Data Centre Sdn Bhd until 2009.
