Sean first introduced the Malaysian public to team-building recreational fun through bubble sports, when he cofounded Bubble Sport MY at the tender age of 20.
In his role, Sean enjoys matching High-Impact Entrepreneurs with top business leaders to facilitate deep discussions that will shape the thought process of entrepreneurs and outcomes of the companies Endeavor supports. As a young entrepreneur, he is fascinated about how businesses test and adopt different strategies in creating resilient business models in ever-changing markets.
At Bubble Sports MY, Sean headed the operations management and marketing divisions of the business. Today, Bubble Sports MY has catered to over 15,000 people including corporate clients such as Maxis, Shell, Unilever and 123RF. In his university days, Sean has worked for The Nielsen Company and Groupon Malaysia in sales and market research roles.
A Jeffrey Cheah Foundation Scholar, Sean received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies from Sunway University. When he is not meeting entrepreneurs, Sean volunteers his time at Buku Jalanan Chow Kit, an NGO that provides free education to children and the working poor.
