Alexander Fernandez, CEO and Co-Founder of Streamline Studios started with a handful of artists and game designers in an apartment. 16 years later they are South East Asia’s biggest game development studio.
Streamline Studios began with the goal of developing premium games that deliver unforgettable experiences. In 2001, the team began developing their own games out of a tiny apartment in Amsterdam. In order to fund their production, they began selling their artwork which was met with great response from the industry. Their first big break came from Gearbox Software, to work on their upcoming James Bond title. Fast forward to 2017 and Streamline Studios is now the world’s premier external development production studio with a staff of 200 and offices in Malaysia, Europe, United States and Japan. Streamline Studios was created with the aim of “delivering the promise;” To create and produce revolutionary IP that will define the entertainment scene of this generation. The company has kept true to its words and in the last 16 years has been involved in integrated partnerships with companies from all over the world. Utilizing high-end production expertise, proprietary technology, and forward-thinking corporate culture, Streamline takes business seriously and have even designed their own internal technological infrastructure, Streamframe, to maximize the efficiency and mobility of its teams. To date, the Streamline Studios have been involved with the production of over 200 AAA titles including some of the most iconic IPs in entertainment history; BioShock® Infinite, James Cameron’s AVATAR, Killer Instinct, Street Fighter® V, Gears of War®, Final Fantasy® XV and more. As a visionary entrepreneur and international deal-maker, Alexander’s success has been recognized by his acceptance into the exclusive OPM (Owner/President Management) course at Harvard Business School. Alexander was recently selected as an Endeavor Entrepreneur at the 68th International Selection Panel in Palo Alto, California on December 12th, 2016.
