Today, the group operates 13 retail stores across Malaysia & Singapore, in addition to online websites & exclusive apps for their brands, paving the way to becoming a leading omnichannel platform through its constant technological innovation and enhancements.
Vivy is also the co-founder of The dUCk Group, one of the fastest growing local brands in Malaysia selling scarves, bags, cosmetics and more. Today, dUCk stores can be found in most major malls across Klang Valley (Malaysia) and in Haji Lane (Singapore). dUCk often sells out their collections in minutes with queues outside their stores from as early as 6am. Vivy curates the collaborations that dUCk partners with, and this list includes international brands like Barbie, Marvel, Sephora, Disney, Miss Universe, Fox Movies, Monopoly and even one with The Crown Princess of Brunei.
Vivy has been featured on many local and international media platforms such as The Business of Fashion, BBC, CNBC, The New York Times, VICE and Forbes. She is often invited to give entrepreneurial talks as a female youth business icon, but she prefers to share her thoughts on her blog Proudduck.com. She started blogging in 2010 where she first gained her fanbase. Her following now includes 1.8 million followers on her verified Instagram account and 247k subscribers on her YouTube channel that she launched in 2017.
Vivy is a strong believer in the local fashion industry, and she is also recognised by international brands. She was the ﬁrst hijab wearer to be named as a Friend of Louis Vuitton. Vivy was also one of the 100 influential ladies from across the globe to be a part of the #DiorSaddle campaign in 2018. In 2012, Vivy married co-founder, Fadza and now, they have four beautiful children, Daniel, Mariam, Sarah and Idris.
