Afiqah Adam
Afiqah believes that entrepreneurs need a supportive environment in their scaling journey to create an impact in the future not only on the local level but also on society as a whole.
Afiqah joined Endeavor as an Entrepreneur Experience (EX) Intern in February 2021. After completing her internship, she took the role as a full-time ESG team member. She is passionate about making a difference in the start-up ecosystem here in Malaysia through supporting more high-impact entrepreneurs with innovative business models. She also finds joy in connecting with mentors and entrepreneurs while listening to their scaling journey which inspires her to dream big towards her goal in becoming an entrepreneur herself in the future.
With a scholarship awarded by the Public Service Department of Malaysia (JPA), Afiqah has graduated from Universiti Teknologi Mara with a Business Economics degree. During her college years, she actively participated in various student organizations and was also a member of the non-profit organization called World Merit Malaysia.
Outside work, Afiqah has a strong interest in personal development and loves having personal time where it helps her busy brains to unplug and unwind. During her free time, she enjoys listening to music and exploring new skills and experiences.
