Francesco Cigala
Bain & Company
Francesco Cigala is a Partner in Bain & Company's Kuala Lumpur office.
Francesco joined Bain in 2011 and in his 16 years as management consultant, he has worked in Asia, Europe and North America. Francesco has extensive experience working with clients across a range of industry sectors, including oil and gas, chemicals, automotive, palm oil, consumer goods, airlines, private equity and manufacturing industries.
From a service perspective, Francesco is the SE Asia head of Bain Performance Improvement and Supply Chain practice. He has been involved in several Supply chain improvement, large scale merger integration, manufacturing improvement, organizational restructuring, capability building and strategy projects across the South East Asia region.
Francesco has been living in Malaysia since 2007 where he has been involved in several transformational projects for five major Malaysian GLCs and several other PLCs. Francesco holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD and an MSc in Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
