Loi Liang Tok

Pizza Hut (QSR Brands)

Loi Liang Tok is the Head of Pizza Hut Malaysia, an entity under QSR Brands, which owns the franchise and operates over 450 Pizza Hut outlets in Malaysia.

Before heading Pizza Hut, as a COO, Liang Tok is responsible for the division’s performance, customer care measures, and team and human resource capabilities to increase the division’s market share and competitiveness.

Prior to joining Pizza Hut & QSR Brands, Liang Tok assumed the role of Group Managing Director of Secret Recipe. In her previous tenure as CEO & COO of pharmacy chain Guardian, Liang Tok and her team doubled the number of stores, ultimately growing sales, profits and market share for the business, and winning numerous accolades and awards along the way. Prior to joining Guardian, Liang Tok was attached to McDonald’s Malaysia, where she held key positions in Operations, Purchasing and Marketing, culminating in a leading position within the organization as Marketing Director.

Liang Tok holds a Bachelor of Business in Business Administration from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and Master of Business Administration in Retailing from University of Stirling.

Pizza Hut Malaysia is wholly owned by QSR Brands, and owns the Pizza Hut franchise in Malaysia and Singapore, and operates 467 Pizza Hut outlets in both countries.
