Shan Li is the Managing Director of Endeavor Malaysia. As the Managing Director, Shan Li is passionate in helping to accelerate the growth of Malaysia’s high impact entrepreneurs and contributing to the success of the ecosystem.
With an extensive background in corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and strategic growth, Shan Li brings a dynamic blend of experience that will drive Endeavor Malaysia’s mission to empower high-impact entrepreneurs and foster a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Shan Li’s career spans diverse industries and roles, reflecting her innovative and agile approach to business. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 15 years experience in banking and finance before venturing into the entrepreneurial world. As an entrepreneur she is the founder of Swipeless, a singles platform that believes in connecting people in real life as well as the co-founder of Babydash,one of Malaysia's pioneering e-commerce platforms for the mum and baby industry. Shan Li is also a partner at ScaleUp Malaysia, where she plays a pivotal role in accelerating and investing in startups.
Under Shan Li’s leadership, Endeavor Malaysia will expand its support for entrepreneurs through tailored mentorship, access to capital, and global networking opportunities.
