Endeavor Malaysia's Impact Report 2023: A Decade of Shaping the Future

In 2024, with the support of our patron, Cradle Fund, via the MYStartup initiative, Endeavor Malaysia remained steadfast in its mission to empower high-impact entrepreneurs—those who dream bigger, scale faster, and give back to the ecosystem. Over the past decade, we have cultivated a thriving entrepreneurial community, providing founders with global mentorship, strategic connections, and capital access to scale their businesses.

With the unwavering support of our 80+ mentors, who dedicated over 2,700 hours in 2024 alone, we have continued to nurture entrepreneurial success through key programs like Scale Up by Endeavor. This initiative transforms high-potential founders into high-impact entrepreneurs, offering exclusive access to expert insights and tailored growth opportunities. In addition, 2024 marked the launch of SCALE Sarawak, our first expansion outside Kuala Lumpur in partnership with TEGAS, broadening our reach to support startups across Malaysia.

Since our inception, Endeavor Malaysia has selected 38 outstanding entrepreneurs leading some of the country’s most exciting companies. Collectively, these businesses have generated MYR 10.1 billion in revenue, secured MYR 4.9 billion in funding, and created over jobs—underscoring the transformative power of high-growth companies in driving economic progress.
